View Nutrient Intake: Shows nutrient totals compared to your Recommended Daily Values. Instantly see foods that are high or low in selected nutrients. Individual meal totals are given for Breakfast, Morning Snack, Lunch, Afternoon Snack, Dinner, Evening Snack, as well as totals for the Entire Day.
